Cultural Policy affect on business

Cultural policy affect on my business  Cultural policy in basics is following new rules and guidance given out by the government. In 2020 the government was constantly changing advice to company's when the first lockdown came about every company pretty much stopped and that means that new ways of filming advertisement or any creative project had to be evaluated. One way around this is switching to being just a company that edits footage sent in by business at a reduced cost to the clients. If ways of going to locations is found the production will have to fully follow every bit of covid guidance from face masks to social distancing, as Covid regulation and would have to provide both masks and other 'PPE', any shared equipment will also have to be fully sanitised between uses which means we will have to supply disinfectant wipes or sprays to keep everything clean. Another problem with the Covid-19 situation is financing as business who have not been operating might not have ...

Website feedback

Image
I asked some friends to look at my website and they picked up on some things mainly spelling errors. It was pointed out that I needed to capitalised Adobe and that I had the wrong spelling of 'Suite' . make had to be changed to 'making' for it to make sense and flow. Products lines changed to Product lines just so that it makes sense. Small issue in this section where I had put business where I needed to put 'Businesses' for it to make sense. Email Feedback of Business Plan

Email Response from Radar Films founder Chris Rawson  Dear Luke, Thanks for your email. I agree with you that it’s a great way of making a business, but you also need to realise that the market is very competitive. You’ll need to find some way of differentiating yourself. In my case that’s because I have a drone…I get a lot of business from people who want drone footage and I then upsell. If I were starting again with drones, I would get an FPV unit, as that’s the next thing. The branding looks good. You don’t need the ‘best’ equipment, you need the most appropriate equipment. If you are going to commit to it, you should spend the money and get the right kit in the beginning, otherwise you will end up spending more. You should also register for VAT so it costs less upfront. I reckon you need x2 decent cameras with 2 different lenses -something like a 24-70 zoom and something really high quality in prime – I use a 50mm F1.4. Consider a probe lens too. You’ll need two tripods and at...

Finance Sheet   <--(Link to Finance sheet) (Mainly on Cash flow tab) Bank Loan Payment research  This is a HSBC small business loan outline that i put into a business loan calculator to figure out a rough estimate of of much would have to be payed back each month (the minimum amount) https://www.capalona.co.uk/calculators/business-loan-calculator/#bob https://www.business.hsbc.uk/en-gb/finance-and-borrowing/credit-and-lending/small-business-loan Based on the rough price list that I implemented into my website and for the finance sheet im going to be simple and say I make a 1 sale of each item a month. Princing changes and additions: Employees. Certain products might require more than just me, in these cases we wont just have extra employees who we have to constantly pay for we will seek help with freelancers on a one off payments per production. Extra staff will mean the price of a production will go up

Website Research

https://www.skeletonproductions.com/ Skeleton Productions website uses a vibrant Blue, Pink and White colour scheme. The colour scheme gives it a bright and interesting look without turning childish. Skeletons top information bar is kept simple and easy which enables it to be self explanatory on whats inside each label.  When the website is opened you our instantly greeted with a shortcut to their showreel which gives a quick overview of what the company does. Along with everything about what they have done they also offer insights into how they work and what the believe in. The end of the main page has shortcuts to ways that people can contact them to find out pricing and also has some links to social medias run by the company. The Website as a whole is very easy to navigate and has good readability throughout with added interesting features thrown in. some areas in the labeled areas do have large areas of just white which make it look unfinished. Separation between each segment i...
